Answer by P.I. Joe Not a chance. A huge part of the CCNA exam involves using the CCLI (Cisco Command Line Interface), which if you’ve never studied or used the CCLI, you will fail the exam spectacularly.
Question by Unknown: Is it hard to pass the CCNA certificate exam?
How much math do you need to know to do it? What are the labs like? Do they require you to work quickly? Please tell me about it.

Answer by madamgul My husband had to retake his exam 4 times until he passed. He said that is the norm. Many people just give up because it’s so hard. There are more people who are exposed to it while on the job than there are people who are certified in it–that is something rare. There are resources out there: books, DVD training videos, 2 week training classes that will better prepare you for it. I actually sat in for one of his training courses; it mostly revolved around a lecture and some worksheets. I saw some routers sitting on a utility shelf in the back but like I said, it mostly focused on the instructor drawing flow charts on the blackboard.
