Question by Fawad X: CCNA certified prior to any working experience?
I am a high school graduate a couple of years ago now if i get CCNA certified what will be my market value without any networking experience (i know basic level of hardware/software,programming,internet and microsoft office suite). I wanna b among CCNP or MCSE experts starting from CCNA.I too have read comptia A+ completely 2 yrs ago.

IT Certs have little value today unless you have experience or a 4 year degree. For sure you should go get them but remember most companies view certs as nice to have but they usually look more at your degree or experience.

A few years ago there was a big surge on hiring people with vendor certification. What they found was, like yourself, they got people without much experience. The focus has shifted back on the side of experience, and with the tighter IP job market, you may not get much above an entry level position.
The days of a CCVP or CCIE certification guaranteeing a 90K salary are over…for a while.

Question by James: Advatages of CCNA cisco certified Training Associate coaching?
Hi every one!
I am basically Electronics and Communication graduate.
I am working in Metro Rail project as Telecommunication engineer.
Recently i joined CCNA coaching classes, i just wanted to know whether it will be helpful or not?
Also i am not planning to give the exam? should i give the exam?
What are the advantages of CCNA certification?
what is its validity?
is it relavent to my Telecommunication feild?
